Come and discover rum from Reunion with Annabel in her tasting room located in a typical Breton stone house in the heart of the Mené countryside. You'll learn what a rum is and make a rhum arrangé.

Course of the workshop (2h):

You'll learn what rum is, identify and discover the ingredients that go into our punches and rhums arrangés.
Then you'll learn how to make a Breton rhum arrangé from a 90° fruit spirit! You'll also learn how to make muddles and coupages, and discover the many aromatic plants in Annabelle's permacultural garden.
At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with the Breton arrangé you've made and a 5-cl vial of ready-to-eat Breton arrangé.

This workshop is the perfect way to discover the particularities of Réunion Island rum! It's also a great activity to enjoy with friends!

Very nice discovery of Reunion Island its native island, its garden, its aromatic plants and of course rum its history and for a workshop that is scheduled to last about 2 hours, we stayed more than 4h00!!! A wonderful discovery! A must-see!
