More than a success! Despite a small problem with the reservation, the person in charge kept us waiting by offering us a drink while we prepared for the workshop. Many thanks to Louis, who shared his passion with us in a very human way. We were also able to buy bottles and have them delivered to us, as always with Louis' seriousness.
