Once again this Easter, come and take part in the big egg hunt at Cueillette de Peltre on Friday, April 3 and Saturday, April 4, 2026.
This egg hunt, specially organized for children aged 3 to 12, is divided into 2 levels:
- 3-5 year-olds will be on a smaller course, filling their basket with eggs dropped by the Easter hare. They look for 5 eggs: one blue, one purple, one orange, one yellow, one green, and bring them back in a basket (on loan). In exchange, they receive a delicious chocolate mold from Fabrice DUMAY in Metz-Vallières and Marly.
- The 6-12 year olds can wander the picking aisles to find the 5 different colored eggs (one blue, one purple, one orange, one yellow and one green), and bring them back in a basket (on loan). In exchange, they'll receive a delicious chocolate mold from Fabrice DUMAY in Metz-Vallières and Marly. But they'll also have to try and find the Grail - the golden egg! In exchange, they'll get ENOOORMOUS delicious chocolate.
And, of course, our friend the Easter hare will be paying us a visit, as he does every year! See you at the farm!
Young and old alike can take part in a handicraft workshop on the theme. Plan to spend an hour with us.
Don't forget to book online in advance!
Once a reservation has been made, the activity time is firm and cannot be changed.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: this is done directly online from your reservation confirmation.

Too bad there was no search - the eggs were laid on the grass next to the starting point in 1 minute and it was all over.

My 6- and 9-year-olds didn't really enjoy the experience. The hunt itself is on a very limited terrain, even if you still have to look for the golden egg, it didn't amuse them. The Easter craft part was fun, but not what we'd hoped for. On the other hand, they loved the pumpkin decorating workshop on Halloween.

Simplistic egg hunt. Eggs thrown in three field radii. Visible without looking. After 4 minutes, it was over. Followed by an Easter-themed creative workshop, but badly managed, no explanations and we were told off for using too many materials. Expensive for the service provided. Not to mention the way people are spoken to. However, the owners are willing to help, but should be assisted by a real entertainer.

it's the first time i've been a little disappointed with the activist proposed by cueillette de peltre . the egg hunt was very quick 10min and it was all over because the golden egg had been found .the workshop afterwards was also very quick not enough time to get to the workshop that it had already started .the whole activity (egg+workshop) lasted 20min instead of the approximate 1h.

I really love peel-picking, and I'd love to go again. But the egg hunt is for the little ones. I thought they'd use the whole estate, and then it could be fun! But the delimited space is really too small. Basically, 15 minutes of egg hunting and 10 minutes of crafts! ! Not really interesting....

The egg hunt was a bit quick Presence of the rabbit and activity very good. All in all, it took us 30 minutes, which is a bit short.

Activity really reserved for little ones and no more than 8 years old. Over-9s found the activity too childish. However, the setting was pleasant and the welcome very warm.

Not enough eggs for all the children despite the hostess having given some..yet it's not for lack of looking ..my 2 children found only 2 ..but the animation was nice ..cordially

Friendly staff but I found the hunt simple for older children. I expected the children to have a map with riddles to solve to find the location of the eggs. On the other hand, the creative activity after the hunt was very good. The chocolate received at the end of the hunt was of good quality and certainly very good, but the children were expecting a bag with eggs and figurines.
