Course of the workshop (2h) :

A friendly welcome over a glass of prosecco to get to know Claudio and discover the spirit of the workshop.
Learning the basics: you'll be guided step by step through the preparation of focaccia dough, from kneading to proofing, with the tips of an Italian chef.
Essential techniques: blowing, folding, resting, shaping - all exciting steps to understand the magic of leavened dough.
Cooking and tasting: once the focaccia is golden brown, enjoy it around a small selection of traditional Italian products, in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere.
