iFly invites you to an extraordinary experience: indoor skydiving! The sports wind tunnel—or indoor skydiving simulator —is the perfect activity for adrenaline junkies.
What is a wind tunnel?
A wind tunnel, also known as an indoor freefall simulator, is a large glass tube 14 meters high that replicates the sensations of freefalling from an altitude of 4,000 meters.
How does it work?
Duration: 2 min – Up to 13 people – Ages 5 and up
Upon arrival, you’ll receive a briefing on safety guidelines and be outfitted with a flight suit, helmet, and goggles. You’ll then take flight in the freefall simulator: your instructor will help you find a stable position.
Several options are available:
- Discovery Experience (2 min): 2 flights equivalent to 2 skydives from 4,000 meters
- Sensation+ Introductory Experience (4 min): 2 flights equivalent to 4 skydives from 4,000 m
New! Ultimate 4D Experience (ages 12 and up)
- 2 flights equivalent to 2 skydives from 4,000 meters
- 1 immersive flight with a virtual reality headset to experience the Ultimate 4D adventure, with your choice of a skydive over Lyon or a wingsuit flight in the heart of the French Alps.
- Duration of the experience: 1 hour 30 minutes
This adventure activity is perfect for an outing with friends or as a gift for a birthday or Christmas celebration for thrill-seekers.

The core of the activity is top-notch and it went well. In my opinion, it's the right length of time, especially for a first-time customer. The business model is more questionable. You'll have the opportunity to double the price of your session in successive supplements. It's a bit like taking advantage of the current rush. All in all, a good time 😊 oh, and a word of personal advice: warm up a little before you jump, it's not light on the body, and you won't be told to do so. As for the rest of the safety, it all looks pretty straightforward, with wetsuits, helmets and earplugs in place.

Flights with Rémi: top-notch! His explanations allowed me to really enjoy the moment, thanks to him... I was asked to arrive an hour early, but it wasn't necessary... Great experience and discovery.

As far as the practical experience is concerned: a superb experience, with a top-notch instructor - nothing to complain about in that respect. On the other hand, the welcome unfortunately tarnished my arrival a little. When I arrived, the receptionist asked me: *What's this for? "*, to which I replied: *I replied: "I've come for the skydiving: *"I'm sure you have. "* - a rather curt reply, and the exchange that followed wasn't very pleasant. I sincerely believe that reception is a real profession, and that it's important for people in this position to be comfortable with customer relations. Having said that, the overall experience remains very positive, with a really competent and passionate team (excluding reception). I'd definitely recommend it.
