15 km from Lille, the Ferme du Paradis pick-your-own pumpkin farm in Seclin, a member of the "Chapeau de Paille" network, offers a pumpkin carving and decorating workshop for Halloween! It's a fun and creative way for kids to enjoy themselves!
You can cancel free of charge up to 48h before the date of the activity.
Activity description :
- 1 hour
- Up to 20 children
- For the 4-12 years old
An activity that will delight your kids during the All Saints' Day break!
Here's what's in store:
- Children will be welcomed on-site at the scheduled time upon presentation of their reservation voucher.
- Each participant starts by choosing a pumpkin.
- The workshop then lets everyone carve and/or draw on their pumpkin with markers.
- A glass of apple juice, a candle, and a coloring sheet are provided.
- Each child goes home with their beautifully decorated pumpkin.
All materials needed for carving the pumpkin are provided on-site.
The workshop takes place in a sheltered room that is heated if necessary. Please wear appropriate clothing for the activity.
Please note: space is limited per time slot, so be sure to reserve online!
Children under 6 or who require assistance must be accompanied by a parent (free for the accompanying parent). Except in these cases, parents are not permitted during the workshop to ensure social distancing in the room.
Reservations cannot be changed: each time slot is final and non-changeable.
!!!! For each reservation, €0.50 will be donated to the Telethon taking place on December 4 and 5, 2026 !!!!

It was not specified before booking that the workshop was not accessible to parents due to lack of space. I discovered this when I received my ticket, after payment. I can completely understand that space is a priority for children, but there was no way I was going to leave my 4-year-old daughter on her own, and I wanted to do this activity with her too! So I lost 11€ and didn't show up.

Good welcome, friendly team, adapted equipment, BUT! 45 minutes is fast! Thanks to the young people who run the workshop.

Interesting workshop, but could be improved: more chairs to allow the little ones to get up to table height; at least one coat rack so they don't have to put their things on the floor. The youngsters who run the workshop are friendly, but I was expecting real supervision (one supervisor per table); I don't know how my 6-year-old son would have managed if I hadn't been there.
