Know before you go

• Arrive half an hour before the start of your session!
• Accessible to everyone from 5 to 80 years of age, subject to parental consent for minors and a medical certificate for over-65s.
• Activity not accessible to pregnant women or people with a medical contraindication (in case of doubt ask for medical advice).
• Medical contraindications : Unoperated shoulder dislocation (high risk of re-luxation); Any illness for which sport is forbidden; Heart or lung diseases; Skeletal and limb diseases; Ligament hyper-laxity; Herniated disc with pain or sensitivity disorders; Lumbago or sciatica reRecent cervicobrachial neuralgia; Significant osteoporosis; Any recent sprain of a joint, especially if still painful; Any recent surgery less than three months old; Neurological diseases; Epilepsy; Anticoagulants; Pregnancy.
• Please wear casual clothing.
• Additional flights may be added on site depending on how full the slot is (€25).
• Videos of your session available on USB key (15€).
• Weight limit: 95 kg; Height limit: 1.95 m
• A minimum of 3 participants is required for the session to take place.
