The interplay of aromas, wine ageing, wine balance... Do any of these terms ring a bell? After this 4-hour introductory course, these terms will no longer hold any secrets for you! Under the guidance of wine professionals, you'll learn about different wine-tasting techniques, develop your nose and much more.
Tasting sequence (4h):
- During this course, you'll learn how to taste wine and the different stages of tasting. You'll gain a better understanding of a wine's balance, develop your nose and identify its ageing potential.
- You'll taste 7 different wines, including Chablis, Côtes-du-Rhône, Haut-Médoc...
This oenology course will enable you to become a true connoisseur of wine and oenology. You can also offer the oenology course to a close wine lover, or organize this activity for a bachelor party.
