Learn how best to pair wines and cheeses at this wine workshop in Angers. You'll explore the great diversity of French cheeses, how to pair them with different styles of wine, and tips for creating original pairings.
Course of the workshop (2h):
- You'll cover the following topics:
- The main cheese families
- The basics of wine and cheese pairing
- Different types of wine (vins de voile, vins mutés...)
- Tricky pairings
- Original pairings
- Tasting and analysis of 5 wines and 5 cheeses
- Each participant leaves with an educational pack and receives an educational booklet by e-mail at the end of the course.
Led by an expert sommelier, this oenological experience will enable you to master the subtleties of this pairing in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

The plusses: the trainer's competence and the quality of the presentation. The passion she communicates. Areas for improvement: Quantity of cheeses and room a little austere. We had an excellent time and it was fascinating. Thank you

The information imparted by the host was very interesting, and you could sense her passion and desire to share her knowledge. It's a shame we didn't have the wines we were supposed to have for this workshop. 3 out of 5 had to be bought from a wine merchant and the only red of the evening was very bad.
