Just a stone's throw from the sea, come and learn all about oenology! As well as tasting, you'll be able to learn more about the world of oenology, and discover the techniques essential to the balance of wine!

Oenology course (4h) :

• Learn to taste wines: discover the different stages of tasting.
• Understand the balance of a wine, develop your nose and identify a wine's ageing potential.
• Tasting of 7 differentwines: Chablis, Côtes-du-Rhône, Haut-Médoc and many others.

This oenology course will enable you to become a true connoisseur of wine and oenology. You can also offer the oenology course to a close wine lover, or organize this activity for a bachelor party.
