Enjoy a day of immersion at a wine estate in Rivesaltes, near Perpignan. Maison Cazes opens its doors for you to discover its wines and offers an introduction to wine tasting, a meal and a tour of the winery.

Course of the activity (7:30 am) :

• 4-hour introductory wine-tasting course with a sommelier trainer
• Lunch at the heart of the Cazes estate in the restaurant "La table d'Aimé"; 3 glasses of wine tasted to match 3 dishes (starter, main course, dessert).
• The afternoon will be devoted to a guided tour of the winery, with a history of vins doux naturels, explanations of biodynamic viticulture and the Cazes wine-making process. Tasting session.
