- Tasting of the wines selected by Anthony, along with an introduction to their estates and the winemakers behind them.
- Five tastings, each accompanied by a delicious appetizer platter chosen to explore the pairings.
- Observation of aromas and flavors to understand how the foods and wines complement each other.
- Sharing anecdotes about the history of the wineries and the winemakers’ secrets through conversations with Anthony.
