Hello, In a pleasant setting, I received the first information on the craft brewing method and in particular on the question of how to brew beer at home. The person who held the course is himself a craft brewer in Strasbourg. So he was able to give very practical and intelligible indications on the different stages of home brewing, the processes involved, the equipment needed and the ingredients.
