Join Anthony for a fun and friendly beer-and-wine tasting! For each dish, a craft beer and a wine from an independent winemaker will go head-to-head to determine the best pairing. It’s up to you to decide the winner based on your tastes and discoveries!
Workshop itinerary:
- Introduction to the concept and principles of pairing food and drinks.
- Exploration of the selected craft beers and wines, their characteristics, and their terroirs.
- Five tasting rounds, each featuring a dish served on a gourmet platter, paired with a beer and a wine.
- Comparison of the pairings, discussion of your impressions, and a vote for your favorite pairing in each round.
- Sharing anecdotes, insider tips, and stories from producers throughout the session.
