During an immersive workshop, discover the secrets of this emblematic Japanese dish. Fragrant broth, homemade noodles, tasty garnishes... Each step is designed so that you can recreate this delicacy at home, in your own way.

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• Introduction to the history of ramen: its origins, its regional diversity in Japan, its contemporary evolution.
• Presentation of ingredients: types of broth (shoyu, miso, vegetarian...), noodles, essential toppings (marinated eggs, vegetables, meat or tofu...).
• Broth preparation : discovery of aroma infusion techniques, slow cooking of bases, tips for intense flavor.
• Noodle preparation: explanation of the process, demonstration, and participation according to the chosen formula.
• Bowl assembly: each participant creates his or her own ramen using the elements prepared together.
• Collective tasting in a warm atmosphere, to savour the bowls created to order.
