Vittoria, an Italian chef straight from Rome, welcomes you to her restaurant nestled in the heart of Paris’s 10th arrondissement for a cooking workshop that highlights seasonal and regional flavors.
You’ll learn how to prepare a delicious meal (a main course and a dessert) by putting various culinary techniques into practice and learning more about Italian cuisine.
Workshop itinerary (3 hours):
- Welcome by Vittoria and her team, introduction to the venue and the menu.
- Preparation of the various recipes.
- Aperitif and tasting of your creations.
- Each participant takes home their creations.
- The menu varies for each workshop and will be provided after you make your reservation: fresh pasta, Parmigiana, risotto, supplì, caponata, orecchiette, fettuccine with mushrooms and truffles, tiramisu, walnut cake, caprese, amaretti...
Whether you’re participating yourself or giving it as a gift, this workshop is the perfect way to discover the richness of Italian cuisine! It’s also a great activity to enjoy with family or friends —and you can even have dinner right there after the workshop!

Fantastic! A convivial workshop for cooking authentic Italian recipes: fresh pasta, foccacia, pesto and more. The recipes are easy to repeat at home. Vittoria embodies her cuisine, and makes you want to come back to learn her entire repertoire of recipes 😉 I can't recommend it enough!
