Workshop itinerary (2 hours):
- Introduction to the selected grape varieties and the workshop.
- Learn techniques for observing, tasting, and evaluating the subtleties of wine.
- Taste local products to explore food-and-wine pairings.
- Create your own blend: combine grape varieties according to your tastes to craft a unique wine.
- Bottling: Personalize your wine by corking, waxing, and labelingthe bottle.
