During a gourmet workshop, discover the secrets of okonomiyaki, a typical Japanese pancake, and leave with all the keys to preparing it easily at home.
Course of the workshop (3h)
- Discover the ingredients and utensils used to make okonomiyaki.
- Preparation of dough and toppings.
- The recipe can be adapted to suit your dietary requirements: vegan, vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, without paste or soy sauce, or in case of allergies (gluten, seafood...).
- Make and cook okonomiyaki, learning the essential gestures for a successful texture.
- Collective tasting in a warm atmosphere.
