Head to the shop in the 11th arrondissement to learn everything you need to know about making a great craft beer, from choosing the raw ingredients to the production steps. You’ll be guided by a professional master brewer.

Workshops to choose from:

• Tasting Workshop (1.5 hours):
  • An introduction to the ingredients that make up beer
  • Guided tasting of 6 craft beers
  • History, trivia, and a quiz on beer through the centuries
• Amateur Brewing Workshop (2 hours):
  • Brewing beer as a group and participating in the various stages of brewing a batch of lager
  • History, trivia, and a quiz on beer through the centuries
  • Guided tasting of high-quality craft beers
  • Bottling and labeling your personalized craft beer
• Master Brewer Workshop (4 hours):
  • Brewing your own beer: You’ll have the opportunity to choose a recipe from among the 7 offered. You’ll handle the entire brewing process from start to finish
  • Guided tasting of premium craft beers
  • An engaging presentation on beer, its history, and how it’s made
  • After 15 days, you’ll return to bottle and cap your beer in 30 50cl bottles, for a total of 15 liters
  • Labeling your bottles with labels you’ve personalized yourself
