Activity description :

Join us at our boutique in the 11th arrondissement for a craft beer brewing workshop. You'll learn everything you need to know to make a good craft beer, from the choice of raw materials to the production stages.

Workshop schedule (4h):

• Selection of your beer recipe from 7 essential beer recipes (top-fermented beers): White beer, lager, IPA, Abbey beer, Triple, Porter
• Selection of raw materials (malts, hops, water, yeast)
• 6 steps in the brewing process: mashing, washing spent grains, boiling, adding hops, cooling, placing in fermentation buckets and inoculating with yeast.
• Fun presentation on beer, its history and how it's made
• Guided tasting of quality craft beers, accompanied by charcuterie boards, to discover the wealth of French and foreign beer styles.
• After 15 days, you'll return in pairs to bottle and cap your beer in 30 Long Neck 50cl bottles, for a total of 15 liters.
• Label your 30 bottles with your own personalized labels.

An instructive and fun activity to learn more about the world of beer and its origins. The team will share their passion for beer with you in a very friendly atmosphere. A workshop to share with friends at a bachelor party, or to offer to a loved one at a festive event.
