Join a clay modeling workshop and bring your idea to life! Over the course of two hours, you’ll learn how to knead, shape, and smooth 500g of self-hardening clay to create a one-of-a-kind piece. You can also enjoy the café’s friendly atmosphere, with a selection of drinks and pastries available for purchase during your workshop.
This is a self-guided workshop, not a class: we’ll welcome you, explain the materials, and give you a few tips to get started, then you’ll create at your own pace. The team is available if you have any questions, but there is no instructor leading the session.
Workshop流程:
- Kneading the clay to remove air bubbles and prepare it
- Explore different modeling techniques: coil, pinching, slab, or assembly
- Shape your piece according to your inspiration
- Smoothing the surfaces and adding patterns and details to personalize your creation
You’ll take your creation home with you the same day, in a box. It will then dry for about 24 hours at home, away from direct sunlight. A creative and accessible workshop, perfect for discovering clay modeling and letting your imagination run wild!
