Beer brewing discovery workshop in Paris 11th arrondissement

Join us at our boutique in the 11th arrondissement for a craft beer brewing workshop. You'll learn everything you need to know to make a good craft beer, from the choice of raw materials to the production stages.

Workshop schedule (2h):

• Selection of raw materials (malts, hops, water, yeast)
• Group brewing of a beer and participation in the various stages of a lager brew.
• An entertaining presentation on beer, its history and production: crushing, mashing, rinsing of spent grains, boiling, cooling, fermentation and racking.
• Guided tasting of quality craft beers, accompanied by charcuterie boards, to discover the wealth of French and foreign beer styles.
• Bottling and labeling of your personalized craft beer
• You'll leave with a 2-pack of the brewery 's own brand of 33cl craft beer from a choice of 4 beers (Pale Ale, IPA, Amber Ale, White Ale), plus your own 50cl bottle of craft beer brewed and bottled on site.

A fun and instructive way to learn more about the world of beer and its origins. The team will be delighted to share their passion for beer with you in a very friendly and convivial atmosphere. A workshop to share with friends at a bachelor party, or to offer to a loved one at a festive event.
