Alone or in pairs, by bike, on foot or on a toboggan, with or without a trampoline? The Saint-Jean-de-Sixt bungee jump is the world's first bungee jumping facility.

You'll be able to try out a wide range of jumps to get your adrenalin pumping.

Jumps to try

• Classic: jump on foot from the end of the springboard. With a static start, you can jump with or without momentum. Bound at the waist by 2 elastic bands, you don't have to keep your head down!
• Bike: full throttle! No brakes, no pedals, no way back. Bicycle jumping is one of the most impressive and popular jumps among thrill-seekers. The speed out of the jump is maximum, the difficulty minimal, the bounces enormous and the emotions absolutely unforgettable.
• Trampoline: for those who want to add more momentum and adrenalin to their jump, this is a good option. With a trampoline start at the end of the jump, you'll be able to add extra momentum to your jump.
• Tandem: tandem jumps possible - 2 people, start on foot.
• On a summer toboggan: simple yet impressive, this is an original jump to say the least. You take off on a sled equipped with 4 summer toboggan wheels, sitting low to the ground, towards the void that you only glimpse at the last moment: the 40-metre-high dut, well harnessed to the two bungee cords... Thrills guaranteed!
• Double sled: 2 on the sled, faster and stronger!

A special EVG or EVJF formula for the groom or groom-to-be: a combo of two jumps, the first blindfolded. Memorable memories of the last moments of bachelorhood!

Saint-Jean-de-Sixt ski jump

• Height: 40 meters at the jump exit
• Springboard length: 28 meters
• Length of jump with springboard: 50 meters
• Opening times: open from April to October, 6 days a week in summer.
• Anchored in a cliff overlooking an alpine torrent, this one-of-a-kind ski jump was created in 2009. Built in the exceptional setting of the Aravis massif, in the heart of Haute-Savoie, its wooden structure blends perfectly with the natural surroundings.
• Safety: compliance with current Afnor standards. The installations have been approved by Alpes Contrôles, the company in charge of checking ski lifts in winter sports resorts.
• The system also enables the jumper's harness to be connected to two elastic bands, instead of just one in a conventional jump.

The site is at an altitude of 1,000 meters, just outside the heart of the village of St Jean de Sixt, between La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand. It makes an excellent gift. You'll leave with a lifetime of memories!
