Looking for a sensational activity to experience on your next vacation in Tignes or Val d'Isère? Come and try your hand at bungee jump ing from a springboard in the heart of the Espace Killy ski area! Open in winter from December to April, this springboard is exclusively dedicated to snow jumps, on skis or snowboard, as you wish.
The different types of jump
- Skis to feet: you take off on snow, with the end of the jump raised to allow you to exit in the most spectacular way possible.
- Surfing: the variant for riders who want to experience the thrill of snowboarding.
The springboard
- Height: 35 meters at the end of the jump
- Length: 30 meters
- Length: 70 meters
- The ski jump is located close to the snowpark, at an altitude of 2,600 meters.
- Tignes is a French commune located in Savoie (73), south of Mont-Blanc and upstream of the Tarentaise valley.
- Safety: we guarantee the highest level of safety, with standards that go beyond current regulations. Our customers' safety is our top priority, and we comply with current Afnor standards. Our installations have been approved by Alpes Contrôles, the company in charge of checking ski lifts in winter sports resorts.
- What's more, our system allows the jumper's harness to be connected to two bungee cords instead of just one in a conventional jump.

It's a great experience, but it's a shame the organization wasn't top-notch (the go pro was forgotten, it was the person who received it who reimbursed me, and finally, the time of my reservation was not right for them). On the other hand, it's a nice experience, but you'll have to do it twice to really enjoy it.

I paid for this session for my husband, but unfortunately the explanations for snowboarding weren't very good in the sense that they should have told him to hold his board back when jumping, as this creates a rebound effect that's not very cool for the knees. The result was a torn ligament and a sprain, with more or less surgery depending on the MRI when we got back. Otherwise, he loved throwing himself into the void...

Location
Bungee jumping takes place from the Tignes Snow Park. Quickly accessible from the village, you'll need to take the Merles ski run close to the Snowpark to get there.
Bungy jumping is also available to Val d'Isère skiers and snowboarders with a pass for the entire Espace Killy. Be sure to check the opening times to catch the last lifts to Val d'Isère.
Access is via the "Merles" slope, accessible with the Merles or Grattalu chairlifts. A Tignes ski pass is required to access the jump zone.
Know before you go
- Minimum age: 14 solo, 12 with an adult
- Parental consent required for minors.
- Minimum weight: 40kg.
- Max weight: 120kg (valid for tandem jumps)
- Bungee jumping takes place from the Tignes Snow Park. Quickly accessible from the village, you'll need to take the Merles ski slope near the Snowpark to get there. Access is via the "Merles" slope, accessible with the Merles or Grattalu chairlifts. A Tignes ski pass is required to access the jump zone (payable on site).
