The Show

As the second major chapter following “Origen,” “Nomad” takes the dinner-show concept a step further. For three hours, more than 30 international artists take the stage one after another in a series of acts designed to keep the energy high from start to finish.

The tasting menu:

The meal is part of the experience: each dish corresponds to a continent featured in the show, made with local ingredients sourced through short supply chains. Three menus are available to choose from.

• Nomad Menu: fresh tortello with ricotta, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil; pesto sauce; roasted cherry tomatoes; and a cloud of Parmesan; spicy Masai pincho with African-style caramelized onions; couscous with zucchini, carrots, and pumpkin; “Universo Tropical,” a dessert created by Yeray Reyes.
• Vegan Menu: fresh tortello with tofu, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil, pesto sauce, roasted cherry tomatoes, and plant-based mozzarella; Masai-style vegetable pincho with African-style caramelized onions, zucchini, carrot, and pumpkin couscous; “Universo tropical.”
• Kids’ menu: house-made Iberian ham croquettes; beef burger with cheddar and fresh fries; chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream.
