Zero heating in -1 degree weather, my children's hands and feet were frozen! It's unbearable and unacceptable!

Very good welcome, 20 extra minutes offered. Safety, not exaggerated prices for drinks.

It was fun, although I think there should be fewer people per slot. The supervisors weren't involved enough (they stayed on their phones), which annoyed us because some kids didn't want to leave the tempolines to make room for others. The lockers are in a deplorable state of disrepair. But apart from that it was cool.

They came with 3 teenage girls, loved it and had a great time! The bookable slots meant it wasn't too busy at the same time, which was great. They only regretted that not all the games were open. Highly recommended!

Very warm welcome, friendly team. Great family birthday atmosphere. Good equipment, kids and pre-teens have a blast!

The kids had a great time, and the people at the reception desk were friendly. On the other hand, we parents waited patiently at the tables provided, but it was extremely cold! It's a pity not to feel the warmth when outside temperatures are at zero!

We had a great time, but the toilets were disastrously dirty + women's toilets without locks. The mandatory non-slip socks were no bigger than size 42 (complicated for my male friend who had bigger feet). Most of the lockers for storing belongings were non-functional (we took the last 3). They also didn't have the right-colored wristband indicating our exit time. And the trampoline for the height adjustment was out of order. A great activity, but a manager who seems to rely too much on the concept and neglect the cleanliness and safety of our belongings.
