Course of the cooking class (3h30) :

• Explanation of the day's recipe, preparation of ingredients and weighing.
• Preparation ofa seasonal starter, main course and dessert.
• Tasting.
• Each participant leaves with the recipes to reproduce at home.

Menu 1:

• Artichoke peppers stuffed with gorgonzola tapenade
• Snacked Thai-style duck tartar, mixed herb dome and homemade purée
• Chocolate brownie with homemade vanilla ice cream

Menu 2 :

• Thai broth with mussels and cuttlefish whites
• Mussel risotto
• Chocolate and Morello cherry charlottes

Menu 3:

• White asparagus with mousseline sauce
• Mignon of veal stuffed with herbs and mushrooms, tomato confit and pan-fried green asparagus
• Morello cherry tiramisu
