Come and learn how to blend wine like a pro in Saint-Emilion, at Château Cormeil-Figeac! You'll learn all there is to know about oenology, grape varieties, maturation, coopering and wine tasting.

Course of the activity (1h15) :

• Tasting of 2 wines from the estate.
• Samples are taken from different vats and barrels to be tasted and a wine composed to your taste: more or less tannic, more or less woody, more or less fruity... It's up to you!
• Bottling your wine.
• Labeling and capping.
• Leave with your personalized half-bottle of wine.

Have you always dreamed of making your own wine? Now it's possible! You don't have to be an expert to take this workshop. You just have to love playing the little chemist to enjoy this activity.
