Come and learn how to blend wine like a pro in Saint-Emilion, at Château Cormeil-Figeac! You'll learn all there is to know about oenology, grape varieties, maturation, coopering and wine tasting.

Course of the activity (1h15) :

Tasting of 2 wines from the estate.
Samples are taken from different vats and barrels to be tasted and a wine composed to your taste: more or less tannic, more or less woody, more or less fruity... It's up to you!
Bottling your wine.
Labeling and capping.
Leave with your personalized half-bottle of wine.
