Children's apprentice winemaker workshop at Château Cormeil-Fige

Come to Château Cormeil-Figeac and introduce your children to the winemaking profession with an activity specially developed for 3-15 year-olds. Children will have fun in the vineyards, then learn how to taste grape juice!

Course of the activity (1h15):

• While parents taste wine (3 tastings), children go into the vineyards to gather leaves, pebbles and seasonal flowers in their grape-picker's basket.
• They learn to taste grape juice like the pros, following the 3 steps of tasting and using a spittoon.
• Last but not least, they label and cap bottles by hand.

It's a great parent/child activity. The kids have fun while the parents toast and taste 3 estate wines.
