In the heart of Lyon, discover the winery and immerse yourself in the art of winemaking. Then, give free rein to your creativity by creating your own blends, according to your preferences and tastes.

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Guided tour of the winery
• Detailed presentation of the winemaking process and different types of aging
• Tasting of 4 emblematicgrape varieties from the winery: Chardonnay, Viognier, Syrah and Gamay
• Introduction to tasting techniques: visual, olfactory and gustatory
• Creation of your own personalized blends
• Bottling your own unique cuvée to take home with you
