Take advantage of a venue right in the heart of Bordeaux to discover this exceptional oenology workshop, where you can learn how to pair unique wines with quality cheeses.
Course of the activity :
- Presentation of the Chai à Barriques with wine tour
- Tasting of charcuterie & 3 cheeses paired with 3 wines led by our team
- Presentation of each pairing with explanation of grape varieties, terroirs & appellation
- Introduction to the art of wine tasting
- Barrel tasting of our cuvée "L'EMPREINTE DES CHARTRONS", a cuvée matured in our Chai located in the Chartrons, the historic district of the wine trade.

Very instructive moment thanks to the host who was able to explain the terroir and the wine. Beautiful discovery of wine bottles accompanied by charcuterie and cheese. Highly recommended for those who want to learn about and taste wine.

More than a success! Despite a small problem with the reservation, the person in charge kept us waiting by offering us a drink while we prepared for the workshop. Many thanks to Louis, who shared his passion with us in a very human way. We were also able to buy bottles and have them delivered to us, as always with Louis' seriousness. Thanks again for everything!

A good time with friends for this tasting, the welcome and atmosphere were good. The wines served were a little chilly for some. Bring warm clothes: it's very cool in the cellar.
