Come learn the basics of wine tasting with Maxime, an agricultural engineer and passionate oenologist! He’ll give you a tour of the Micro Winerie, an urban winery located in the heart of the Darwin ecosystem on Bordeaux’s right bank, where organic wines are produced from locally grown grapes.

Activity itinerary (1.5 hours):

• Tour of the winery and an introduction to the winemaking process for white, rosé, and red wines.
• An introduction to the basics of wine tasting to learn how to observe the wine, recognize its aromas, and describe your sensory impressions.
• Tasting of 3 wines from the Micro Winery, accompanied by explanations from Maxime.

A fun and friendly experience to awaken your senses and demystify the world of wine, no matter your level of knowledge!
