Come and take part in this wine blending workshop at the micro-winery run by Maxime, an agricultural engineer and above all a wine enthusiast. This oenologist will share his knowledge with you with simplicity and good humor, before inviting you to make your own bottle.

In the heart of this wine-growing region, the aim of the microwinery is to demystify the world of wine by bringing the place of production closer to the place of consumption, giving you a global view of the process and a particularly interesting experience.

Course of the activity (2h30) :

• Visit to the winery.
• Training in the art of varietal blending.
• Tasting of cuvées in progress.
• Explanation of the particularities of Bordeaux appellation grape varieties.
• Blend your own bottle.
