Enjoy an interactive and intimate experience, learning to taste like a professional while discovering the different regions of the Bordeaux wine region.
Initiate yourself to the art of wine tasting and discover the riches of the Bordeaux wine region: its history, appellations, terroirs, grape varieties, blends, classifications and more.

Cécilia, a professional wine taster trained at the Université du Vin, will share her passion for wine and gastronomy with you.

Course of the workshop (1h15):

• In a playful way, you'll start with a mystery wine served in a black glass to explain the tasting steps and try to guess its color.
• You'll then taste single-varietal wines, followed by 4 carefully selected red wines blended by talented winemakers.
• Discover the secrets of successful and sometimes surprising food pairings.
• A tasting booklet will accompany you home to perfect your tasting technique over time.
• At the end of your experience, the wines you taste will be on sale in the cellar.

During this unique experience, you'll be guided by your senses to perceive the finesse of wine aromas.
