Ballon d'Alsace Aventure is located 30 km from the centre of Belfort, accessible via the D465, 45 km from Mulhouse via the D466 and 40 km from Remiremont via the N66 then the D465.

On site, the Gentiane car park is accessible free of charge.

Know before you go

In the event of bad weather, we reserve the right to close the park. In this case, you will be offered a postponement or refund.
Opening hours:
- April to mid-June and September to October: 10am-6pm.
- Mid-June to early September: 10am-7pm daily.
  - Ticket office closes 1h30 before park closing time.
  - Difficult courses (red and black) close 45 min before park closing.
  - Other courses close 30 min before park closing.
