If you're looking for a fun, family-friendly activity in the great outdoors, such asaccrobranche, the Sidiailles leisure park offers superb conditions. A variety of courses are available, suitable for both the young and the more adventurous.

How it works:

• After your arrival, you'll be kitted out and given a briefing on the safety instructions to be followed, as well as a compulsory introductory course.
• You'll then be able to work independently on the various acrobatic courses offered by the adventure park. You'll move from tree to tree on the different courses. Monkey bridge, Tarzan jump, zip line... all the classics!

Equipment and safety

For maximum safety, all accrobranche courses are equipped with a continuous lifeline, which means you won't have to manipulate carabiners during the course. You're hooked in at the start of the course, and only unhooked at the finish! Ground operators are on hand while you're on the course, should you encounter any difficulties.

Plenty of different courses for all levels!

• Parcours Jaune (Pitchoun): from 3 years and under 1m20.
  2 courses and 3 workshops on the ground. First steps in the trees under the watchful eye of parents...
• Parcours Blanc (White Course ): participants must be at least 1m10 tall.
  2 fun courses for beginners and the very young. Crossing beams and nets, giant steps, zip line .... First sensations guaranteed!
• Green Course: 1m10 minimum.
  2 courses slightly higher and more challenging than the previous ones. Emotions run high!
• Blue Course: 1m30 minimum.
  2 courses on which you progress and gain height compared with the previous levels. Numerous fun and acrobatic games, climbing wall, Ski, tunnel, liana, climbing net and ... first large zip line. Breathtaking view of the lake.
• Red course: 1m40 minimum.
  The serious stuff begins! A succession of technical and physical workshops, and the first giant zip-line across the lake.
• Black course: 1m40 minimum.
  This is where the word "challenge" really comes into its own! The crossings are increasingly physical and technical. You want extreme? Here it is!
• Rando Tyro course: 1m30 minimum
  2 crossings over 400 m above the lake.
• Tyro-Trek course: 1m40 minimum
  A zip-line tour of almost 4 km, with crossings of over 400 m over the lake (including a water zip-line - includes the Rando Tyro course).
