A sommelier will guide you through a variety of themes to develop your wine knowledge.

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Meet at the restaurant in one of the private tasting rooms.
• You'll learn how champagne is made, how to taste wine and how to read a French wine label.
• You'll also discover France's main wine-growing regions, the grape varieties they grow, the style of wine they produce, and clarify concepts such as terroir and appellation.
• You'll taste 6 wines from six different wine-growing regions in France, including 1 from Champagne.
• You'll leave with a list of the wines you've tasted, plus a summary sheet.
