Cellar tour & winemaker's snack at Schneider estate

The Schneider estate welcomes you for a tour of its cellars and a guided tasting of 5 estate wines, accompanied by the famous "casse-croûte du vigneron", a generous assortment of charcuterie and cheeses sourced from local farms.

Course of the activity (2h) :

• Warm welcome
• Introduction to Alsace wines, the region's viticultural history and emblematic grape varieties.
• Guided tour of the winery with explanation of winemaking methods, presentation of equipment and history of the estate.
• Winemaker's snack, a gourmet break featuring local specialties in a convivial atmosphere.
• Commented tasting of five wines, presentation of cuvées, explanation of aromas and food and wine pairings.
