Immerse yourself in authentic Alsace with a unique, immersive experience at the Zeyssolff family estate.

Enjoy an immersive cellar tour, followed by a tasting of estate wines and a traditional Alsatian meal !

Course of the activity (2h30) :

• Welcome and start of the tour.
• Winetasting in the cellar, followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made.
• Visit to the family cellar, dating back to 1850, and discovery of the century-old oak barrels.
• Visual and audio immersion in a scenographic space where the winemaker's story is projected on video.
• Installation in the immersive dining room.
• Alsatian meal tasting: homemade soup, slice of meat pie with Riesling, crudités, cheese platter, slice of kougelhopf and bibeleskäs, and coffee or tea. Each dish is accompanied by a glass of wine from the estate.

A guide is available throughout the visit to discuss and answer any questions, ensuring a rich and personalized experience.
