Plunge into the heart of Alsace authenticity with a unique, immersive experience in a family home, where tradition and modernity meet to offer an unforgettable experience.

Maison Zeyssolff welcomes you for an immersive tour of its cellars and a guided
tasting of 5 wines. Afterwards, you'll sit down to an Alsatian meal in their new immersive tasting and dining room, where wine and tourism blend harmoniously!

Course of the activity (2h30) :

• Welcome and start of tour.
• Winetasting in the cellar and explanatory video on how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children).
• Exploration of the family cellar and immersion in the scenographic space with a 180° immersive video projected on the barrels, retracing the history of the Zeyssolff family and the philosophy of the house.
• Installation in the immersive dining room.
• Tasting of an Alsatian meal: homemade seasonal soup, slice of meat pie with Riesling, crudités, slice of kougelhopf and bibeleskaes, and coffee or tea. Each dish is accompanied by a carefully selected glass of wine.

A guide is available throughout the visit to discuss and answer any questions, ensuring a rich and personalized experience.
