Children's Halloween pumpkin workshop at Truffaut Ponthierry

Extremely disappointed. My kids' pumpkins rotted in 48 hours! One was all soft and full of bugs. The 2nd full of mold

Arrived 5 minutes early at the workshop, a "facilitator" told us to come back in 10 minutes....Evident favoritism towards certain children since others were put aside by a "facilitator"...Disappointed by the service, we won't be coming back!...

Very nice staff, but this year we were uncomfortably seated in the middle of the store with no chairs for the workshop, so we had to stand, which was not very practical .

The instructors are very friendly. The activity takes 35 minutes. We need to find a little sequel to complete the session. Otherwise beautiful pumpkin and good atmosphere

Perhaps with a Halloween-themed story and a handout of drawings.

In fact, instead of an hour as advertised, the activity only lasts about 30 minutes.

Very friendly and attentive team

The activity was good, in a place decorated for the theme.

The atmosphere and decor were nice, the time was a little short for the pumpkin workshop, a little pressed for time at the end could not finish decoration pumpkin.... But the ladies were pleasant and gentle with the children... Good experience to repeat, we're waiting for the workshops to open online for Christmas. Thank you😊

Truffaut de Ponthierry is always top-notch. Just a shame I was charged twice for the activity.

My 8-year-old son is delighted. The entertainers are very kind and available to the children. I think it's a shame that candles aren't provided, unlike other brands we've tried for the same activity.

Very good activity with children that develops their creativity
