During this workshop, you'll discover a sensitive and creative approach to blending sweet and savory flavors, in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere.

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• Welcome of participants: presentation of the workshop and meeting with the chef.
• Introduction to products and techniques: discovery of seasonal ingredients and culinary basics used during the course.
• Recipe preparation: step-by-step preparation of a menu (starter/main course or main course/dessert) (menus provided in the practical information section).
• Tasting: sharing of dishes, accompanied by a glass of wine selected by the sommelier.
• End of the workshop: you'll receive a recipe card so you can easily reproduce your creations at home.
