A lot of people and a lot of waiting, only one person to manage everything, difficult in spite of the good will of this one.

Unfriendly staff, higher price than the competition and less user-friendly room layout. On a positive note: the young man was responsive when I was playing and the joystick wasn't working, and even gave us extra time at the end!

Very nice experience. Just a shame that the game was buggy on several occasions. The staff claim to be available but don't hear us when we call, which is a shame.

Very accessible by public transport in the city center. Warm welcome, staff who take the time to explain and listen. A good first experience of virtual reality with the family on an accessible game. I had a minor problem with the sharpness of the image, but the other two members of the family didn't have the same problem. Special mention to the Halloween decorations 🎃

A great time, suitable for all ages. Personally, I was there with my boyfriend and we really enjoyed it. The only problem is that using this app doesn't guarantee you a reservation with the service provider. Remember to call to check your reservation. They told us that they often don't receive notifications. Fortunately, we were able to work something out.
