Set in April 1976, you're an employee at Le Châtaigner restaurant, a famous 3-star Michelin-starred institution. The head chef of the brigade has just severely cut his hand and must be rushed to hospital.

It's a bad day too, as one of the world's most famous food critics has also chosen this day to come and try out your restaurant.
