Activity description :

A showcase for French wine, Bordeaux wines are among the best-known and most respected in the world. This oenology course will enable you to deepen your knowledge of the Grands Crus through the tasting of several wines. Theoretical topics and fun aroma recognition workshops are on the program for this 2-hour workshop.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

Presentation of the appellations and the 6 main grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Sémillon and Sauvignon.
