Dive into the world of oenology and discover organic wines at this session in Paris! Known as vins raisonnés, biologiques and biodynamiques, these wines are gradually gaining ground on the market. Find out what's behind these labels and how they're produced. You'll be guided by Willy Kiezer, a freelance journalist and author of a book on the subject of biodynamics, and a true expert in the field.

Tasting schedule (2h):

• Theoretical topics from vine cultivation to vinification, including taste and flavors in wine.
• Focus on biodynamic viticulture: principles, philosophy, preparations and benefits, differences from classic organic viticulture.
• Tasting and analysis of 5 wines reflecting the course topic. From a sparkling wine to a Savoyard or even an organic wine.
• Each participant leaves with an educational pack and receives an educational booklet by e-mail at the end of the course.
