Unstructured introduction, lots of digressions (anecdotes not always relevant and off-topic...), too many details for novices! You don't learn that much about wine and how to taste it, even though it's an initiation...

Superb experience with a very fun and friendly approach. The sommelier was very clear and, above all, very open about our tasting experiences. We were able to learn about tasting and analysis in a free way.
