Introduction to oenology and wine tasting in Paris 10th arrondis

A lot of waiting to start tasting the first wine. We would have liked to learn a little more about the grape varieties etc...

Unstructured introduction, lots of digressions (anecdotes not always relevant and off-topic...), too many details for novices! You don't learn that much about wine and how to taste it, even though it's an initiation...

I had a great time with Nine, who was a great teacher and very caring despite the large group!

The teacher is great and pedagogical. I would have liked it to be more beginner friendly. To teach us how to better buy our bottles according to our tastes for example, to explain to us why it is necessary to oxygenate the wine and less on the history of the places in this limited time.

Very good tasting and good times (good wines, cheese/saucisson accompaniments much appreciated, very good advice/explanations), the venue could be warmer (not an average hotel meeting room).
