• To enhance the session, you'll be offered a playful sensory journey, in perfect harmony with the fine cheeses on offer.
• The cheeses are specially selected to accompany each of the wines: Chèvre, vieux Comté, Brillat-Savarin, etc.
• Learn the key concepts of the world of wine and the secrets of wine/cheese pairing.
• Questions and answers, and discussion of the concepts learned.
