Course of the workshop (2h):
- Presentation of ingredients: glutinous rice, seaweed leaf, kimchi, carrot, cucumber, yellow radish(danmuji), spinach, salad, omelette and tuna.
- Step-by-step preparation of kimbaps, including rolling and seasoning techniques.
- Vegan version available to suit all tastes and diets.
- Taste your own creations, rich in color and flavor.
- Take home 2 rolls of kimbaps and extra seaweed leaves to extend the experience at home!
