Techniques, transmission and conviviality come together around accessible, generous African recipes revisited with a chef's approach.

Course outline (3h):

Creation of a complete Afro-fusion menu (starter/main course/dessert) based on the day's theme.
Discover techniques for marinades, sauces and seasonings.
Working with fonio, smoked products, spices and African cereals
Preparation and tasting of dishes

Your Chef: Loïc Dablé is passionate about Afro-contemporary cuisine, and honors African flavors with a modern, technical and accessible approach. He is notably the host of the cooking show "16 Mesures", broadcast on Canal+ Afrique and on YouTube, where he shares recipes, techniques and gastronomic discoveries around African and Afro-fusion cuisines....
